Pac-10 reprimands USC coach Michael Cooper

<div id="subtitle">Pac-10 reprimands USC women's basketball coach Michael Cooper for profane UCLA slam</div><div><p>The Pac-10 has reprimanded Southern California women's basketball coach Michael Cooper for a profane postgame comment about archrival UCLA.</p><p>Pac-10 commissioner Larry Scott issued the reprimand Thursday.</p><p>Cooper made his two-word jab at the Bruins immediately following the Trojans' 70-63 victory over UCLA last Sunday. Cooper later apologized and acknowledged his comment was inappropriate.</p><p>Cooper was a longtime Los Angeles Lakers star who also coached the WNBA's Los Angeles Sparks. He is in his first season at USC (10-6, 4-1 Pac-10).</p><img src="http://admatch-syndication.mochila.com/images/ad.gif?aid=67459368&bid=informcom" /></div><div id="copyright"><div>
